Lena h. Coms is a multidisciplinary neo-symbolist artist. His painting resembles a frozen theatre, which a serial process tends to make mobile, like an accumulation of freeze frames that seem to come to life from one moment to the next. His series are accompanied by variations in texts, sculpture, textiles, even video. This serial process questions our relationship to society, to the individual, to their otherness and to their mythical and founding imaginations.

She discovered art and theater in high school. Eligible for the Beaux-Arts de Caen, she studied Classical Literature and then Performing Arts at the University of Caen while taking evening classes and staging her first plays. Passionate about symbolism, his doctoral research focuses on the puppet practice of the Nabis:The Puppet Theater, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.

Active in several art and cultural associations, she gives conferences and artistic workshops. She creates her theater company,Naos, in 2022.
